Last reviewed: 2026-08-11
24 items in the 35 days to 2026-08-11, 24 new since the previous run. This combines the MHRA's own published feed with one monthly web-search pass for ASA rulings, Trading Standards action and named-retailer enforcement, the things no regulator RSS feed reliably carries. It is a reporting record, not advice.

“MHRA rows come straight from a government feed and are as reliable as that feed. ASA, Trading Standards and Companies House rows come from a monthly search pass, which finds what is publicly indexed at the time it runs, not a comprehensive legal record. Treat an absence of ASA rulings in a given month as no ruling was published where our search looked, not as proof nothing happened.”
Methodology
- MHRA rows: the same gov.uk news and communications feed and Drug Safety Update feed used on the MHRA tracker, filtered to the last 35 days.
- ASA, Trading Standards and Companies House rows: one scoped web-search pass, run once a month, asked specifically for peptide-advertising rulings, enforcement action naming a UK peptide retailer, and relevant CAP Code guidance. Only items with a real, checkable source URL are included.
- Cadence: this page updates once a month, not continuously. Check the fetch date below for currency.
- This replaces manual, ad hoc checking of ASA and enforcement news with a scheduled pass, but it is still a search of what is publicly indexed, not a subscription to a regulator's own alert system.
