How we use AI

We use modern AI tools to help with research and first drafts, the same way we use a spellchecker or a spreadsheet. They make us faster. They do not make our decisions and they do not have the final word.

• · A named human reviews and signs off every published page. AI never publishes on its own. Every page is reviewed against our source hierarchy before it goes live.
• · We give general information only. PeptideClear is editorial and comparison content. It is not medical, health, pharmaceutical or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified prescriber. Decisions about your treatment are for your prescriber, not for this site or an AI tool.
• · We do not publish fabricated clinical claims, studies or lab results. AI is never used to invent trial data, purity figures, certificates of analysis, testimonials or reviews. Claims are cited to primary sources or left out.
• · Entity and product data is taken from primary sources or omitted. Company numbers, founding years, prices and regulatory status come from the primary source itself, or the detail is left out rather than guessed.
• · AI does not decide our rankings. Which clinics, pharmacies and retailers appear, and in what order, is decided by our published methodology and trust review, with a human making the call. Referral fees do not decide rankings.
• · Personal data handled by AI tools is processed in line with our privacy notice and UK data protection law.

Our use of AI is guided by UK data protection law and the ICO's guidance on AI and automated decision-making. Where AI could affect a reader, a person stays in the loop, in line with the direction of AI regulation such as the EU AI Act.

Named authorship and editorial standards

Every page is written or reviewed by a named person and dated. Our sole editorial director is Oliver Mackman. If a page does not carry his review, it is not on the site. We publish graded, cited comparison and information content, not paid-for rankings, and any commercial relationship is disclosed. The full detail is in our editorial policy and methodology.

Fact-checking and sources

Before a page goes live, factual claims are checked against primary sources, not other websites. In practice that means:

• · Companies verified against Companies House.
• · Medicines and regulatory status checked against the MHRA and NICE.
• · Clinical claims cited to peer-reviewed literature indexed on PubMed, with human research and animal research clearly distinguished.
• · Prices, ingredients and product terms taken from the retailer's, clinic's or pharmacy's own current documentation.

Corrections

If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Email [email protected] with the page address and what is incorrect. We acknowledge corrections within five working days. Material corrections are made and noted on the page so the change is visible.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our content or service, we want to hear about it. Email [email protected] or write to Best Business Loans Ltd, and please include your name, how to reach you, and what went wrong.

We acknowledge every complaint within five working days and aim to give a full response within four weeks. PeptideClear is an information and comparison site: we do not prescribe, dispense or sell any product. A complaint about a specific clinic, pharmacy, retailer or medicine may also need to go to that provider or its regulator, and we will point you to the right place if so.

Your data

We collect only what we need to run the site and answer your enquiries, and we do not sell your personal data. What we hold, why, and how to ask us to delete it is set out in our privacy notice and cookie policy.
