[0:09] Both are synthetic peptides studied in rodent models. Neither has a published human randomised controlled trial.
[0:18] BPC-157 is a 15 amino acid fragment derived from a protein in human gastric juice. The literature focuses on tendon, gut, and vascular tissue. Most of it comes from one research group in Zagreb.
[0:27] TB-500 is a 17 amino acid fragment of thymosin beta-4. Tissue repair findings span tendon, ligament, cardiac, and skin. Independent replication is broader, with multiple research groups producing consistent rodent data.
[0:36] In the UK both are sold as research chemicals only. TB-500 sits on the WADA prohibited list, BPC-157 does not.
