How we rank UK longevity clinics

Longevity clinics in the UK span a wide spectrum: from £300 supermarket-pharmacy health assessments to £8,000+ whole-body MRI plus genome-screen packages. PeptideClear ranks within tiers, not across, because at different price points users are buying different products.

Ranking criteria (weighted)

Tier separation

We separate three tiers in editorial ranking: entry (£300 to £800, e.g. Bupa, Nuffield Health), comprehensive (£1,500 to £4,500, e.g. Hooke, Reliant), premium (£4,500+, e.g. Echelon, Human Longevity). A first-place ranking in entry-tier is not directly comparable to a first-place ranking in premium; they answer different questions.

What we explicitly do not measure

Refresh cadence

Annual refresh, with mid-cycle update when a clinic materially changes package contents or adds a new tier.

Conflict of interest

No UK longevity clinic currently runs an affiliate programme that PeptideClear participates in. Rankings are unsponsored editorial. If that changes, the funding model page will be updated and disclosure will appear on every ranking.
